How do I book an appointment?
Call or message Jessica with the service you have in mind and your preferred dates. Every appointment is confirmed personally, so you can talk through your hair goals first.

Absolutely. Choose a colour consultation when making an enquiry, or send a message with your current hair and inspiration. Together, you can find the right starting point.
Do I need a patch test?
Please speak to Jessica before any colour appointment. She will confirm the patch-testing requirements for your chosen colour service before your visit.
How much will my colour appointment cost?
Colour is bespoke. The final quote depends on your starting colour, hair length, condition and desired result. Ask for a personalised consultation rather than a one-size-fits-all price.
Can I go from dark hair to blonde or a vivid colour?
Your starting point and hair history matter. Some transformations need more than one appointment. A consultation helps establish a realistic plan with hair health at its heart.

Jessica is based inside Bita Hair Studio at 25 Queensway, Southampton, SO14 3BL. Contact her before travelling if you have any questions about access.
What if I need to change my appointment?
Please contact Jessica directly as soon as you can. She will confirm the applicable cancellation, rescheduling and deposit terms when you book.
How do I look after my colour at home?
Your aftercare should be as individual as your colour. Ask Jessica about the right cleansing, conditioning and heat-protection routine for your hair at your appointment.
